What people come with

The most common requests

I work to ICF standards, mostly in long-term partnerships: besides the sessions, a client gets a learning practice — an instruction manual for their own thinking. I use game techniques too: sometimes you have to lose to understand the depth of the game.

  • I want to start a business, but doubts hold me back
  • I want to earn more, but the hustle gets in the way
  • I see the goal but have no inspiration
  • I can't find my calling
  • I want to love myself but don't know where to start
  • I want a family, but fear stops me
  • I'm losing my family chasing self-realisation
  • I want better relationships with people
  • I want to reduce stress
  • I want healthy eating habits without relapses
  • I want to succeed in sport
  • I want to quit bad habits
  • I want to close more successful deals
  • I want to open up in creativity and public speaking

Conflict as crisis

Your transition to a new level has already begun

A crisis in business, career or sport always starts with inner discord. Old behaviour patterns no longer work, and new ones have not been created yet.

You feel you have hit an invisible wall: familiar behaviour and old beliefs no longer bring the results you need. As a professional PCC-level coach (ICF Level 2), I don't suggest waiting the crisis out — I help you use its energy as a resource for fundamental growth.

Every crisis is a window to big opportunities.

At the start of our work, I will ask you three key questions:

  1. 01

    What do you really want?

We define your life goal — the reason worth changing for.

  2. 02

Why does it matter to you?

We find the true meaning and your real needs.

  3. 03

What is missing to get it?

We uncover the root of the conflict, the barriers and the deficits.

Executive coaching

Executive: “The Decision Point”

The conflict

A leader's personal ambitions clash with the reality of the business or the interests of the team. A chain of rash decisions that can bring the whole system down.

The Work

Transformation of old management patterns, getting unstuck, a resourceful state for clear decisions and a strategy to implement them.

More about executive coaching

Executive coaching is work with top decision-makers: owners, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and senior managers whose decisions shape the fate of the whole company. It is not training but an equal partnership: the coach helps you look at yourself and the business from the outside and find solutions under high uncertainty.

  • Leadership: personal influence, scale of thinking, your own management style.
  • Effectiveness: faster decisions, delegating operations, entering new markets.
  • Resilience: less stress, “loneliness at the top”, burnout prevention.
  • Change management: a new role, deals, restructuring.

How it works: a contract with measurable goals, confidentiality, sessions every 1–2 weeks online or in person; a program usually lasts 3 to 6 months.

Life-work balance

“Energy check-up”

The conflict

External obligations versus a complete lack of energy. The “achiever” role versus the right to love: burnout leads to apathy, loss of meaning and devaluing what has been achieved.

The Work

Transformation of “survival” and over-responsibility patterns, a stable resourceful state and a balance system that works.

More about balance

Balance is not “50/50” but a state in which work does not swallow your personality and personal life gives you resources for work: health, sleep and sport, family, creativity, time alone.

  • You feel tired even after the weekend.
  • Work thoughts follow you to family dinner.
  • No time for the basics: proper sleep, a doctor, rest.
  • Irritability with colleagues and loved ones.

We work on boundaries, priorities, delegation and the right to rest — up to a flexible integration of work and life.

Self-made

“Launching self-worth”

The conflict

An inner fight between real professionalism and the “impostor” who makes you lower your price and devalue your talents.

The Work

Transformation of self-devaluation patterns, the ability to convey your value from an expert position and readiness to scale.

More about self-made

A self-made person built success on their own: without starting capital or connections, through discipline, risk-taking and constant learning. Such people set a high bar for themselves and others, and often find it hard to delegate and to recognise their own value.

We build on your internal locus of control and entrepreneurial mindset so that what you have achieved becomes a foundation, not a reason for self-devaluation.

What you get

An ecological path to your goal, to ICF standards

For example, if you want money, you will discover a path of action towards the sum you need that feels right for you. If you lack strength, energy, motivation, inspiration or love, you will be able to recognise where you lose them and see the best way back to their source.

My focus

Unlocking each client's inner potential, based on trust, awareness and the client's own choice.

I value

Openness, willingness to work, accepting yourself as you are — and the journey a client makes from request to result.

I guarantee

A supportive atmosphere, sincerity, transparency and confidentiality, going beyond habitual thinking and partnership on the way to your goal.

What's in our heads?

Eight concepts that drive your results

If you want to change what you have in life, you need to change how you think about yourself in life.

01 Thought

A thought is not the truth, not us and not a fact. It is our brain's interpretation of what is happening or has happened. Thoughts also include beliefs and attitudes towards ourselves, others and the situation.

Depending on how we choose to think about an event, we choose what will happen to us, how we will feel and what we will see around us.

02 Memory

The process of storing and reproducing experience, which also serves to plan future behaviour. Simply put, memory is a set of well-trodden neural paths: to save energy, the brain picks the familiar route — and we get the same result again.

Emotional memory records the feelings we have lived through and, with repetition, forms favourite behaviours: anger, irritation, anxiety, insecurity — or joy and happiness. It is up to you which feelings to build.

03 Interpretation

The work of the mind that decodes the meaning of a situation, event or text — an explanation strictly from one person's point of view. Most often we are angered not by the event itself but by our reading of it, based on old experience.

04 Inner conflict

A state in which mutually exclusive roles, values, goals and deficits collide inside a person, and they cannot choose the right way to act. The participants are not people but parts of the inner world: needs, motives, feelings, thoughts.

An example is a conflict between the desired and the actual: “I want to learn English, but I believe I'm not capable”.

Any response of the body to changes in the external or internal environment. Reactions last fractions of a second, yet in that time the nervous system perceives a signal and triggers a response — behaviour.

06 Beliefs

Firm, accepted convictions that act as a compass for decisions and actions and need no motivation. But beliefs are not always right: some come from within, others we absorb by watching — like children copying their parents. The desire to change your beliefs is the path to a mature, developed personality.

07 Attitude

An unconscious readiness to act in a certain way, based on past experience. Put simply, everything that gets integrated into you from outside — advertising, for example.

08 Excitement

An active response of the nervous system to a stimulus. According to Perls, Goodman and Hefferline, it is heightened energy mobilisation that arises with strong interest and deep contact — creative, aggressive or any other.
